Shape is the Leadership development strand that takes place every month at youth Breakout. Shape's intention is to engage and equip the next generation of leaders to become prominent influencers within their contexts. We believe it is their faith integrity, combined with their imaginations that will lead to previously unthought innovations.

It is the innovators that change the course of the culture, so at Baseline we seek to encourage 'thinking Christian leaders,' who not only seek to bring positive, progressional change but bring the love of Jesus into places of influence. If you do not love the people in this world, you will never lead them and if you're not thinking, your at the mercy of those that do. It is often leaders lack of genuine care for people, combined with their unthinking that disqualifies them from shaping our cultures. That is our challenge, but one we wish to accept.
