Mark is the Senior Associate Pastor and works along side Pastor Alan.  His role includes teaching and training as well as developing the Life Group activities across BCC and overseeing the operations of the Church.  He also runs the young adult programme Momentum.  His wife Liz runs the church Rock Stars programme for the 3-5 year olds, and they have three daughters, Abbie, Rebecca and Olivia who are all actively involved in the church.
