Ps Alan and Ps Lydia Vance have been Senior Pastors at BCC since 2001.
They have two sons Danny and Matty.  Alan and Lydia have taken the Church through a period of transition that has radically transformed the church to what it is today.  Their passion is to build strong leaders with effective faith.  Our goal is to "....Love God, Love People & Change the World"

Ps Lydia is Director of the Hope Foundation which is the community initiative at BCC reaching hundreds of people each month.  The vision of The Hope Foundation is to give Hope, Dignity and a Future.
