Alan and Lydia Vance - Senior Pastors
Pastor Alan and Lydia moved to Bromley in 2001 and have led the Church through a process of transition and transformation.  They have inspired BCC to change and become healthier, focusing on what The Church can be and should be.  As Pastors, Alan and Lydia are hands on leaders who actively serve in the real trenches of local community ministry.  Lydia is Director of BCC's Hope Foundation.

Mark and Liz Wiltshire - Senior Associate Pastors
Pastor Mark and Liz have been married since 1991 and have three daughters. Mark first joined BCC in 1983 and has been involved in many areas of ministry. Having had a successful international business career Mark then moved into full time ministry working with Alan in 2005, and was ordained as a minister in 2010.  Liz leads the ROCK Stars children's work at BCC.

Danny and Rebekah Vance - Youth Pastor and Orpington Expression Leaders
After completing a year at the ALC Leadership Academy in Bradford, Danny joined the team in 2006, and has since built a significant work that reaches many youth across our borough.  Danny and Rebekah were married in September 2010 and immediately took up the responsibility of leading the new BCC Orpington Expression which began in October.
