Alan and Lydia Vance - Senior Pastors Pastor Alan and Lydia moved to Bromley in 2001 and have led the Church through a process of transition and transformation.  They have inspired BCC to change and become healthier, focusing on what The Church can be and should be.  As Pastors, Alan and Lydia are hands on leaders who actively serve in the real trenches of local community ministry.
Danny Vance - Youth Pastor After completing a year at the ALC Leadership Academy in Bradford, Danny joined the team in 2006, and has since built a significant work that reaches hundreds of youth across our borough.
